Ms. Santiesteban has litigated matters in Collier, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lee, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk and Sarasota Counties, including high rise residential construction defect cases, residential foreclosures, construction lien foreclosures, collections, appeals, and administrative proceedings. Ms. Santiesteban also provides transactional services in the form of drafting, reviewing and revising business related contracts, including construction contracts and real estate contracts. The firm is founded on loyalty, integrity and tenacity.
 

The firm's founder, Kimberly Santiesteban, launched her legal career in 1993 and has represented both individuals and business entities both as Plaintiff and Defendant. Prior to founding Kimberly Santiesteban Law, LC, she was a colleague with attorney Brett Wadsworth for many years.

Ms. Santiesteban is a Florida native and is proud of her heritage, which includes being related to the Mirabella family. A family with a respected and longstanding history in the City of Tampa. Ms. Santiesteban graduated from USF with degree in Finance, Cum Laude and then graduated from UF Law School in 1993. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar and North Tampa Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Santiesteban is licensed to practice in the U.S. Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Middle District Bankruptcy Court.
